This course is designed for team leaders in Customer Services and Contact Centre. The need to understand the whole framework for KPI 1 is KEY. The team needs to know what is the KPI about. To achieve this KPI, the team needs to know all the stakeholders involve and their roles. 

Energy Fiji Limited (EFL) is modernising their system and will be upgrading all prepaid electricity meters in order to provide an advanced and innovative service to customers.

The meter update will entail the below,

When the customer purchases their credit token, they will receive two 20-digit update tokens with their usual prepaid token. All three tokens need to be inserted into the meter.

All prepaid electricity meters will be upgraded before the 24th of November 2024
